Area Control Course (ICAO 055)

Safety Management System Course (SMS)

To train civil aviation personnel in Safety Management Services (SMS) as per guidelines and standards laid down in ICAO Annex-19 and DOC-9859.

Surveillance Control Course (ICAO 054)

The course is aimed at preparing the trainee to understand and demonstrate the basic knowledge, skill and attitude required to acquire Surveillance Approach Control Rating.

Threat and Error Management Course (TEM)

After completion of this course participants will be able to identify threats and possible errors in ATC and the means to manage them.

Search and Rescue Refresher Course

To enable participants to organize efficient SAR services and to coordinate the conduct of SAR operations within a search and rescue region.

Aerodrome And Ground Aids Course

After completion of the course the participants will be able to:

a) Implement ICAO standards and recommended practices in the upkeep and maintenance of movement area;

b) Implement DGCA requirements for aerodrome design and operation;

c) Identify the aeronautical hazards and implement the mitigation plan.

Instructional Technique Course (ITC)

After completion of the course the participants will be able to:

a) Describe the training organization, human factor, training techniques, assessment methods and report writing;

b) Prepare an instructor guide on a subject of his/her choice related to the field of aviation;

c) Demonstrate the level of knowledge, skill, and attitude acquired during the course by giving a power point presentation on the subject for which instructor guide has been prepared by him/her.
